In the rare event that we discover such data has been collected inadvertently, we will take immediate steps to securely delete it from our systems and ensure no further processing occurs.

We do not retain your messages in the ordinary course of providing our Services to you. Instead, your messages are stored on your device and not typically stored on our servers based on Supabase. However, if a message cannot be delivered immediately, we keep it in encrypted form on our servers for up to 30 days as we try to deliver it. If a message is still undelivered after 30 days, we delete it. We also store media temporarily in encrypted form on our servers to aid in more efficient delivery of additional forwards. While we may also offer disappearing messages, but we cannot guarantee their deletion within a specific timeframe, and law enforcement may require us to suspend our deletion practices.

As per the GDPR standards, we receive information about you from other users when they use our Services. This includes your profile name tag and other information, just like how you may provide theirs. Users can also send you messages or initiate voice messaging or calls via any internet connection. However, we ensure that each of these users has the lawful rights to collect, use, and share your information before providing it to us.
In addition, users or third parties may choose to report your interactions and messages with them or others on our Services. This is done to report possible violations of our Terms or Policies. When a report is made, we collect information on both the reporting user and reported user.

By setting your Nino! Account to integrate with social networks, you agree to share information (including personal information) between Nino! and such social networks, for the purposes provided under this Privacy Policy. However, the social network’s use of information made available by Nino! is governed by that social network’s privacy policy and controlled by the social network, not by this Privacy Policy or Nino!. You understand and agree that the Services may access, make available, and store such information so that it is available on and through your Nino! Account, until your Nino! Account is deleted.

When you delete your Nino! account, your undelivered messages are deleted from our servers as well as any of your other information we no longer need to operate and provide our Services.
